How can I register for the conference?
Access to the event requires previous registration via the online platform and payment of the corresponding fees.
What does the registration include?
All conference registrants will receive the following:
Access to the conference
Access to all sessions (presentations, papers, round tables, talks) and seating at the conference venue.
FoldFolder with program and stationery
OffOfficial event folder with pen, note paper and any other necessary office material.
Book of abstracts
Printed publication containing all the abstracts of the presentations at the conference.
Official attendance certificate
Printed attendance certificate signed and stamped by Conference organizers, recognizing your participation.
Elective credit approval
2 ECTS have been awarded for the students of the UCM and approval of ECTS is being processed for those students at the UNED that take part in the conference.
In addition, as part of the registration process, attendees can reserve other additional services:
Food and coffee vouchers
Redeemable every day of the conference at the conference venue.
Gala dinner
On the evening of April 3 on the restaurant La Cocina de San Antón, including transport from the conference location and attendance of keynote speakers.
Monograph series of select papers and presentations
Printed publication edited following the conference.

Prepared for April 5 with various schedules and options.
Registration instructions and fees
Registration fees have several discounts corresponding to different groups, certain documents must be validated in the registration application to be eligible.
A significant discount will be offered to participants who register before February 28.
The tabs specify the different types of registration available according to the characteristics of each participant.
Participants whose papers have been accepted to present, must pay the corresponding fees according to the group they fall under.
The registration types are the following:
- General admission
- Discounted admission: for Students, participants with disabilities or that are unemployed, and members of organizations and groups in collaboration with the conference.
- Special A: Undergraduate Students attending the universities of the MUSACCES Consortium (UCM-UNED-UAM).
- Special B: Graduate Students-master’s and doctorate- attending the universities of the MUSACCES Consortium (UCM-UNED-UAM).
Furthermore, additional registration services can be included in your registration at the moment of purchase.

Cancellation policy: participants who cancel their registration up to 15 days before the congress will receive a 50% refund, as management expenses. Cancellation after March 16 will not imply the return of any amount.
You can reserve a monograph series with the outcomes of the conference for a special price
THE MUSEUM FOR ALL: ART, ACCESIBILITY AND SOCIAL INCLUSION
As a complement of the Conference, a book will be published by a renowned publishing house in which a selection of the contributions will be compiled in brief book chapter format by the editors. The monograph series «The Museum for all people: art, accessibility and social inclusion» will attest to the conference that took place, as well as preserve in writing the most relevant presentations. The texts will be peer reviewed by two scholars and additional outstanding collaborations may be included. Edition is expected for the year 2020.
